Legal Architecture
Attorney-led analysis, drafting and legal implementation appropriate to the client’s facts and jurisdiction.
Leadership
Baron Whitmore unites legal judgment and strategic tax architecture around one objective: structures that are clear, defensible and built to endure.
01 — One Advisory Table
Complex wealth does not divide neatly into legal, tax, business and family questions. It requires professionals who understand how each decision affects the larger structure.
Our leadership model is deliberately collaborative. Attorney Omer Baron directs the legal architecture. Sterling Louviere develops strategic tax architecture and planning frameworks in close coordination with the firm’s attorneys and the client’s outside advisors.
Independent disciplines. One coordinated strategy.
Meet Your Attorney
Omer Baron founded Baron Legal Group with a clear mission: to provide individuals and families with the same quality of legal representation typically reserved for large corporations and high-net-worth estates — but with the personal attention and accessibility that every client deserves.
With a focus on estate planning, tax strategy, and real estate law, Omer brings a thorough and detail-oriented approach to every matter. He takes the time to understand each client's unique circumstances, goals, and concerns before developing a comprehensive legal strategy.
With nearly two decades of elite legal practice, Omer is dual-licensed in California and the District of Columbia. He holds both a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona. Omer advises high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and investors on sophisticated legal structures designed to go beyond compliance and create lasting strategic advantage.
Omer believes that the legal process should be transparent and understandable. He is committed to explaining complex legal matters in plain language and ensuring his clients feel informed and empowered at every stage.
Areas of Focus
Strategic Tax Architecture
With more than three decades of experience, Sterling develops sophisticated tax-mitigation and wealth-preservation frameworks for business owners, investors and high-net-worth families facing significant financial decisions.
His role at Baron Whitmore centers on strategic architecture: identifying where tax exposure, ownership structure, retirement assets, business interests and long-term legacy objectives intersect, then helping coordinate those issues with the firm’s attorneys and the client’s outside professionals.
Sterling’s strength is seeing the full planning landscape rather than a single transaction. He works closely with legal counsel, accountants, financial professionals and other specialists to help ensure that complex strategies are sequenced, documented and implemented with the larger structure in mind.
